Stained glass pieces are assembled using solder that contains small traces of lead—wash hands after handling.
Handle with care by supporting the piece at its edges or frame; avoid pressure on solder joints or individual glass sections.
Use only nails or screws for hanging; avoid suction cups or adhesive strips as they may fail and cause damage.
Hanging pieces will be fitted with chains for installation.
Dust gently using a soft, dry microfibre cloth to prevent scratches.
If needed, clean with a slightly damp cloth and a mild, non-ammonia glass cleaner—do not spray directly onto the piece.
Avoid harsh or abrasive chemicals, as they can damage glass and alter solder patina.
Keep in a stable environment with consistent temperature and humidity to prevent stress or cracking.
Shipping & Orders
All pieces are handmade and shipped from the United Kingdom, with worldwide delivery available.
International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are completely outside of my control.
As the buyer, you are fully responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or additional fees required for your parcel to be delivered.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
You will usually be contacted by the courier (e.g. UPS) with instructions on how to pay these fees before delivery can be completed.
Failure to pay the required import fees will result in your order being cancelled and returned to me. In this case, the order will not be refunded.

Damages & Repairs
UK Orders:
Any damage in transit must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
A free repair, replacement, or alternative solution will be offered where possible within this timeframe.
Repairs for damage after delivery (e.g., accidental breakage) are available at 25% of the item’s value plus return shipping costs.
International Orders:
Due to the fragile nature of stained glass and high shipping costs, refunds, replacements, or repair services are not offered for items damaged in transit.
Orders are placed at the customer’s own risk.
Returns & Responsibility
Returns and refunds are only accepted for UK orders where items arrive damaged and are reported within the 3-day period.
Once received in good condition, care, handling, and display are the customer’s responsibility.
Additional Information
Each piece is handmade and unique; slight variations in colour, texture, or engraving are not defects.
All designs remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
